Cleaning Tender Intelligence is a subscription intelligence service for UK commercial-cleaning companies researching public-sector cleaning and facilities-management procurement opportunities.
Official government procurement information remains available, free of charge, from its original public sources (Contracts Finder, Find a Tender, and the relevant buyer's own procurement portal). We do not have exclusive access to any tender and do not claim otherwise. What this product sells is filtering, classification, AI-assisted analysis, and convenience — surfacing genuinely relevant cleaning opportunities and saving you the time of searching and reading through public procurement portals yourself.
Relevance scores, attractiveness scores, deadline-feasibility assessments, bid-fit indications, summarised requirements, and risk notes shown to Pro subscribers are generated with AI assistance. This analysis may contain errors, omissions, or misjudgements. You must independently verify all tender requirements, deadlines, eligibility criteria, and values against the authoritative procurement documents published by the relevant contracting authority before acting on them (for example before submitting a bid or incurring cost).
We make no guarantee or warranty, express or implied, regarding your eligibility for any opportunity, the accuracy or completeness of any analysis, your likelihood of bid success, whether any contract will be awarded, or any revenue or business outcome from using this product.
Pro subscriptions are billed in advance and renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle — monthly or annually, depending on the plan you select — until you cancel. Current launch pricing is £79/month or £790/year (both prices in GBP). Prices may change for future billing periods with reasonable notice; changes do not apply retroactively to a period you have already paid for.
Payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe, Inc. We do not receive or store your card details. You manage your payment method, billing details, invoices, and cancellation through the Stripe Customer Portal, accessible from your account page.
You may cancel at any time through the Stripe Customer Portal. When you cancel, your Pro access continues through the period you have already paid for, and your subscription will not renew after that period ends. See our Cancellation policy for details.
You agree not to misuse the service — including attempting to circumvent access controls, scraping the service at scale, or reselling access without our agreement.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
